He roams the darkest alleys, the most disreputable cheese factories and crawls under floors... he is Tony Truand! A talented criminal, he excels in stealing cheese and nibbling electrical wires. Or at least he would like to believe it. Lately, he's been mostly busy avoiding the hero Cat-Man, his lifelong rival.

His biggest secret is that, in fact, he commits crimes in the hope of earning a wild hare-back chase against the backdrop of the setting sun. One day, he may admit it to Cat-Man...
